Kisspeptin-10 is a biologically active fragment of the kisspeptin family and a research tool for studying hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis signalling. It interacts with the GPR54/KISS1R receptor and is investigated for its role in gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) regulation and reproductive neuroendocrine pathways. Kisspeptin-10 is particularly useful in controlled studies of receptor-mediated endocrine signalling.
