FAQs

What are peptides?

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body, supporting various biological functions such as recovery, metabolism, and cellular health.

No. All products sold by Premier Peptides are strictly intended for laboratory research use only and are not for human consumption.

Yes. Every batch is third-party lab tested for purity and quality to ensure research-grade standards. COAs are available upon request.

Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place or refrigerated. Once reconstituted, they should be refrigerated and used within a short period for best stability.

COAs are available for most products, but not all batches have a COA. You can request one by emailing hello@premierpeptides.ca

Our peptides are manufactured in Canada by certified laboratories that follow strict quality and safety protocols to ensure consistency and purity.

Orders are dropped off at GTA-GSM or Canada Post Monday–Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET typically ship the same business day. Orders after that ship the next business day.

Orders can only be changed or canceled before shipment. Once the order enters fulfillment after payment, it is final and cannot be refunded, even if it hasnʼt left the facility.

Reconstitution should only be performed by qualified researchers using bacteriostatic water or another suitable solvent under sterile conditions.

We combine scientific precision, purity verification, and fast Canadian shipping to ensure customers receive reliable research-grade products.

When stored correctly in a cool, dry environment, most lyophilized peptides are stable for 12–24 months.

Yes. Lyophilized peptides can be frozen for extended storage. Reconstituted peptides should not be frozen.

Most research-grade peptides are not sterile unless explicitly stated. Proper sterile technique should be used when handling.

Transit times are typically 3–7 business days within Canada, but delays can occur due to carrier issues.

Reconstitution should only be performed once to maintain stability. Multiple reconstitutions can degrade peptide quality.

Each batch has a unique batch number and can be verified with third-party lab testing or COA when available.

Bacteriostatic water or sterile buffers are recommended. Avoid non-sterile solvents.
